Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll received a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Because our products are fulfilled by carefully selected supplier partners, shipping times may vary depending on the item and destination.

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, although some specialty or oversized items may require additional transit time.

Whenever available, estimated shipping information will be provided on the product page.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes products from different makers or fulfillment locations, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Don't worry- this is completely normal, and you'll receive tracking information for each separately.
